Overview

The City of Cape Coral acquired the Old Golf Course property in 2024. The property is:

  • 175 acres located north of Cape Coral Parkway along Palm Tree Boulevard
  • Bordered by a tidal canal system
  • Composed of natural stormwater ponds and open spaces
  • Well-suited to maximize eligibility for future funding

The City has engaged Consultants to conduct two coordinated planning efforts for the Old Golf Course:

  1. Develop a site-specific Master Plan for the Old Golf Course site.
  2. Conduct a comprehensive Stormwater Analysis Study.
