The City of Cape Coral is conducting a comprehensive community engagement process that will create a community driven vision for parks and recreation in Cape Coral.

A key component of this engagement process is seeking community input that will be incorporated into the design of both the Cape Coral Parks and Recreation Master Plan (more information can be found below) and the Old Golf Course Master Plan (for more information on the Old Golf Course Master Plan, click here).

Purpose

The purpose of the City of Cape Coral Parks and Recreation Strategic Master Plan is to guide the department for the next 10 years and provide strategic direction and vision to meet current and emerging public needs, as well as remain the primary steward of the significant natural, cultural and historic resources.
